Return & Exchange Policy

At Leva.sa, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a flexible return and exchange policy with clear


guidelines that protect customer rights and maintain service quality.

  • Return & Exchange Conditions:Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with original packaging and all accessories included.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging or components are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or outlet sales are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned.


Return Process:

  • A 25 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount (applies to all payment methods).
  • Refunds will be issued to the customer's bank account or original payment method within 5 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For orders paid via Tamara or Tabby, the refund will be processed according to each provider’s policy.


Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges are processed by adding store credit to the customer’s wallet, which can be used in a future order.
  • Exchanges are completely free of charge if the item received was incorrect or damaged.


Special Cases:

  • If the order is canceled after being shipped, the customer will bear the shipping and return costs.
  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The store reserves the right to cancel any order in case of shipping delays or product issues, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.
